| Emory Hill is a full-service commercial real estate firm, founded in 1981 by Robert H. Hill and R. Clayton Emory. Carmen J. Facciolo, Jr. joined in 1983 and became a partner that year. Emory Hill and Company has served as the construction manager and general contractor for our portfolio of properties, as well as for numerous third party owners. Today, the majority of our construction business stems from third party contracts. Our construction projects have received many prestigious awards over the years. Emory Hill Real Estate Services, Inc. was established in 1989 to carry the Brokerage, Property Management, and Maintenance Departments. Today, this division handles our own portfolio of properties, as well as properties for third party clients who enjoy comprehensive and streamlined services… all under one roof.
Our Brokerage Department joined the NAI Global network in 1997, becoming a part of the world’s leading managed network of commercial real estate firms. Jim O'Hara Realty, LLC joined NAI Emory Hill in January of 2008 and serves as the retail arm of our brokerage division. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Retail Brokers Network (RBN), Jim O'Hara Realty has access to more local and national retailers than any other area firm. Today, they are known as NAI Emory Hill | Retail Division.
