Background & Experience

Neil Kilian joined Emory Hill Real Estate Services in 1998 as Associate Broker, charged with enhancing the company’s reach in the industrial and flex markets. Neil has managed retail, commercial and industrial assets in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He is a CCIM designated member, a REALTOR, a licensed broker with the Delaware Association of Realtors, and a member of NAR. In addition to land sales, industrial development and leasing, Neil has been instrumental in broadening Emory Hill’s brokerage services in the area of multi-family, investment sales, site selection, land development, bankruptcy, and receivership. He is a landlord representative for over 60 buildings totaling in excess of five million square feet in the tristate area.
Neil is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland, and is Emory Hill’s Broker-of-Record for Pennsylvania. Neil has over $50 million in transactional volume. |
