Jon Hickey joined Emory Hill in 2002. He is a graduate of West Virginia University and has over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing. As the previous owner of both the Security Archives & Storage Company and a construction firm, he gained hands-on exposure to the real estate industry as an investor, tenant and owner.
Jon is actively involved in a number of community programs, is a member of the Rotary Club of Wilmington and serves as president for the WVU Alumni Club.
Jon's transactional volume exceeds $30 million in sales. He is particularly active throughout New Castle (DE) and Cecil County (MD) with a particular emphasis on downtown Wilmington.

Jon is very active in the Delaware community. He is President of the Board of Directors of The First Tee of Delaware. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Wilmington where he is a Paul Harris Fellow; The Boys and Girls Clubs of Delaware; the West Virginia University Alumni Association; and the WVU Alumni Club of Delaware. He is a member of numerous trade organizations. Jon is an avid golfer and sports fan and is a member of Concord Country Club and the Maxwell Football Club of Philadelphia.
