Scope of Service Experience

Paul Bryant has been actively involved in construction, financing, property management, leasing, and sales of commercial real estate since 1986. He has worked for several local and regional full-service real estate development companies, overseeing both the management and brokerage divisions. In 2004, Paul founded Commercial Realty Group, LLC, and represented landlords and tenants in leasing and investment sales of office, medical, industrial, and retail properties. He rejoined Emory Hill in 2006.

Paul is a graduate of the Tower Hill School and the University of Delaware, and he holds Delaware and Maryland real estate broker licenses.
