Since 1996, he has performed feasibility studies and appraisals of commercial properties, industrial warehouses, office buildings, residential subdivisions, apartments, golf courses, long-term care facilities, hospitals, and retail outlets. Prior to his appraisal experience, Tripp served on Congressman Mike Castle’s campaign staff and was a White House intern. In 2001, Tripp joined Emory Hill as an Associate Commercial Broker. His responsibilities include general brokerage services, investment property analysis, and further development of the lower Delaware market.

Tripp sells and leases an average of $45 million a year in real estate.
