Pat has been working in commercial real estate since joining Jim O’Hara Realty in 2003. Jim O’Hara Realty joined NAI Emory Hill in 2007. His focus is leasing and investment sales, specializing in retail, multi-family and Mobile Home Communities.

Pat received a degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from the University of Delaware and was named SBA Young Entrepreneur in 2000.

After owning a multi-unit restaurant chain, Pat entered commercial real estate and has since represented commercial clients of all sizes in leasing and acquisitions. He has worked with national clients such as Advance America, Supercuts, Family Dollar Stores, Check N Go, Five Guy’s, McDonald’s, Aaron’s Rental, and Regency Centers. Pat has also worked with regional companies such as Jake’s Burgers, Season’s Pizza, California Sun, EZ Loans, and Diamond State Management.
