Denise Ross joined Emory Hill in 2008 as a sales associate with NAI Emory Hill and joined the Property Management team as a Residential Property Manager in June of 2010.
Her career began at E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Company in the International Legal Division and then a move to Florida introduced her to commercial real estate while working for a large Palm Beach law firm. A move back north brought her to The Linpro Company, a regional developer of Class A properties, where she was Marketing Assistant to a Partner and National Director of Marketing in Berwyn, PA. From there Office Leasing and Property Management followed at The Flynn Company’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Prior to Emory Hill, Denise was a Sales Associate at McConnell Johnson Real Estate Company handling leasing and sales of McConnell’s 2.5+ million square foot portfolio including office and industrial space. Denise has also represented Landlord portfolios including Brandywine Realty Trust and The RREEF Funds. Denise’s focus at Emory Hill will be Class A and B office space in the City of Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware as well as Chester and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania.
