Edd Connor has been a licensed broker since 1967 and earned the designationof Certified
Property Manager (CPM) in 1974. For many years, Edd concentrated his business in downtown
Wilmington, concentrating on the leasing and management of office buildings along Market
Street and Delaware Avenue. From 1976 to 1983, Edd was a partner in his own firm, which
was sold to the Jackson Cross Company. Later, Edd became President of Jackson Cross of
Delaware, leaving to join JMB Partners of Chicago and to once again own his own company,
Realty Management Corp.
Edd joined Emory Hill in 1990, leasing and managing many of the Wilmington properties he
managed in the 1970s, along with several properties owned by Emory Hill. Today, Edd continues
to concentrate on leasing much of the Emory Hill portfolio and has expanded his sales and
leasing practice for clients including buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout Delaware
and Maryland. |
